The reason I think having articles will be beneficial is to offer my visitors helpful advice on a variety of my products, but I'm guessing that having articles will also help with relevant content for search engines. Can anyone here offer any first hand experience with any of these contribs or post a link to a site that uses them? I'd really like to see them in action before installing. The article manager : - has header tags. - is multi-ligual. - allows xselling of products - has an author field so you could show different authors or brows by authors. - is organized by topics, you can have multiple levels(hierarchy) of topics. - has standard tell a friend functionality. - allows to set future publish dates (or work on drafts) When I checked newsdesk wasn't multi-lingual, but had some feature to show the last entries in a box on the home page. I've coded my own box for the home page (to show the last 5 articles), but this is currently not showing.
