Trouble installing

Hi anyone help with this.

 

I'm installing ACA and everything looks ok but when I try to install any mod like TinyMCE Anywhere I get the following error

If that's not all I also get an error in the ACA for categories menu which says -

Any ideas anyone?

 

Obviously something very wrong. This is a new install, everything seemed ok on when installed, but know I'm having trouble trying to get this mod working - and I believe it's wicked.
