Cannot update settings for any payment module

I am fairly new to OSCommerce and wonder if anyone can help me with this one, or point me in the right direction.

 

I have had to move my site from my original ISP to a new one due to technical problems. Everything appears to have transferred OK except that I cannot amend the settings of any of the payment modules. I was trying to alter the settings of the PayPal IPN v2.2 Module and noticed that all of my settings from my previous ISP had been lost. (This may have been because I had disabled the module before moving the site). When I try to edit the settings and click the 'Update' button all the settings are lost and return to the default values.

 

I tried enabling other payment modules and editing the settings and have found the same problem. e.g. I enabled the 'Cash on Delivery' module altered the settings and clicked the 'Update' button and the settigns returned to the default.

 

Can anyone suggest why this is happening?
