Switched from IIS to Apache Blank Site HELP!

So I changed Servers now I am on Red Hat Fedora Core 4.0 running PHP 4.5.4

 

I have checked permissions and configure.php files

 

NO LUCK AT ALL! Any thoughts?

Problem solved I just downgraded my PHP to 4.4.4!
