We install contributions that are fantastic and great time savers and on the flip side some contributions just leave bugs and we end up starting from scratch. Having read various posts from newbies like myself. I think that the contributions made towards OS Commerce should atleast be rated by ppl who have used them. It might not be practical to get each contribution approved officialy but a rating system could help the Os commerce community decide which contributions they could use based on the ratings and the feedback/comments ppl leave for it. Their are so many contributions out there and many of them do the same thing. It's a nightmare to try and decide which one is best or fit for purpose.
