Shopping cart gets stuck at checkout_shipping.php

Hi everyone. Apologies for my newbieness, but this forum seems like the place where one can get answers. I am fairly new to oscommerce but have been getting on fine with developing my store up until this point.

In the last 24 hours I've noticed that my checkout is not working as well as it has been. At first I was able to complete a few transactions without difficulty, but now the cart gets stuck on Delivery Information, and pressing the continue button doesn't move onto payment selection like it should. The bizarre thing is that there are no error messages generated, the checkout_shipping.php reloads and the request count goes up each time. Its as if the continue button is loading the wrong page. I haven't edited any of the php code, only styles and formatting and the usual cpanel options.

any help very much appreciated. if you would like to look at the site it can be found at http://agentblu.co.uk/shop/

thanks in advance

i have checked the links in checkout_shipping.php and they point to checkout_payment so i am at a bit of a loss.

if i change the url in the address bar to /checkout_payment.php the next page loads so i cant find anything wrong with th elink to the payment page or the page itself.

any help greatly appreciated

If you are using a SSL connection, check your cookie settings in includes/configure.php and make sure you have the cookie settings for both http and https

hi mark thanks for your suggestion. no SSL as yet (still waiting for a response from chronopay on that one) i have checked configure.php anyway and the only change i though suitable was to add a '/' to the end of my http_cookie_path value making it '/shop/'

i dont think that i have changed anything to make it stop working properly, which is why it is particularly difficult to diagnose

Seems to be working fine right now, but you don't have a shipping module installed which could cause this problem.

Do, or do not. There is no try.
