No Access to admin page or shop site

Have auto installed OSCommerce but I cannot access the admin page or the shop site, IE just displays the progress bar and then stops - I get the request box for user ID and password and then nothing??? you can see the problem here;

 

www. suzuki-gt.co.uk/catalogue this is exactly the same problem as when trying to access www. suzuki-gt.co.uk/catalogue/admin

 

Please help.

The best idea would be.

 

Oxford dictionary. Look up Catalog.

 

Then check your directory settings for the word Catalogue used.

Thanks for that but as I am in the UK I used the British spelling of CATALOGUE, I also made sure that the directory was spelt like that, but I have now changed it to CATALOG and still have the same problem, ZEN cart works fine OS won't fire up - according to my host, it's a bug somewhere?

 

So - if anyone tries this - http://www.suzuki-gt.co.uk/catalog/admin, it comes up with the sign in box then just sits there until it falls over ????
