Reuben Posted February 26, 2007 Share Posted February 26, 2007 I haven't used osCommerce for a couple of years but I'm sure it's supposed to have password protection for it's Admin, yet with this fresh install, anyone can access it just by entering the correct address, there's no password what-so-ever. I have searched for methods of protecting it and only found that it is supposed to be protected by .htaccess. I don't know how to do that even after a bit of searching in the forum, on the server admin and the database itself, so please could someone enlighten me before this new online store gets rapped.
