Make sure that the permissions on all of the folders are set to 755, and if that does not work then set them to 777. Make sure that the includes/configure.php file and the admin/includes/configure.php file are set to 777 for the duration of the install. Once the install is complete reset to 644, 444, or 400 depending on your server setup.
webmerchantservice Posted February 25, 2007 Author Posted February 25, 2007 okay I found where to change my permissions, but when i type www. mydomain.com/catalog I get the following message: Warning: main(includes/application_top.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ridecorp.com/httpdocs/catalog/index.php on line 13 Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/psa/apache/lib/php') in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ridecorp.com/httpdocs/catalog/index.php on line 13 Then when i try www.mydomain.com/catalo/install I get the following message: You are not authorized to view this page You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied. What am I doing wrong?
