bheffron
OK first of all, I haven't done this so I am not in trouble with it or anything, but let's just say that "someone" who runs an e-commerce site incorrectly marks an item in there store either really low priced or at $0.00 and I run my credit card through, get order confirmation etc and everything...is that vendor then legally obligated to sell me that item for the marked price, or send it to me free of charge, or just charge shipping etc? are there any legal avenues that state any details on this? i know that in regular retail, the vendor must legally honor the marked price, is this the same for e-commerce? Let me know, I have someone I know well who may have gotten themself into a situation I need to help them with haha. -Brian

Not sure about if the credit cardtransaction has already been processed (we always used a card machine and manually processed orders)
