Database Backup Manager problem

Hi ,

 

Can someone please help! Having problems with the database backup manager. It appears to work but I get the following errors,

 

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/bin/gzip) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/zahid3:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/zahid3/public_html/admin/backup.php on line 424

I've done a quick search on this but not been able to find a solution.
