Small, Medium, Large Contribution Problem

I am new to osC and I've done a fresh install of the ms2 version. I downloaded the Sm,Med,Lar Contribution and did a straight overwrite of all the necessary files on the server.

 

In the admin panel under images, I cannot see any options for the medium and large images at all. Only the original small image options are available.

 

Also, on my webpage, when I click a thumbnail to view the product information window, I get the following:

 

 

1054 - Unknown column 'p.products_mediumimage' in 'field list'
