Instructions for moving osC from one server to another.

I followed the instructions in this post...

and it's just not working. I'm trying to move my site from one server to another. I'm still with the same hosting company so all the server settings are the same, the versions of PHP and MySQL and Apache are the same. Essentially nothing has changed except for the physical server. If you're wondering why I'm moving everything -- I'm just re-organizing all of my sites and my clients' sites under a new reseller name to have a more professional appearance. That's all.

 

That aside, my osC site is broken. It's giving error 500 Internal Server Errors and error 403 Internal Server Errors. Browsing the site, adding products to the cart, and creating new accounts is fully functional. The problem happens with clicking the CHECKOUT button and suddenly "You don't have permission to access /checkout_shipping.php on this server."

 

I don't want to post my site here, but I'll gladly send it to anyone that PMs me with any advice on what might be wrong.
