Custom Vinyl Grafix
I apologize if this has been addressed but I've been searching here off and on for a few days and came up with nothing. In a nutshell- what I'm trying to do is be able to add multiple products to my cart without having to go back in and create product attributes for each one, each time. Example. I am selling stickers. I offer them in 10 colors, 4 sizes. Don't need to worry about 'in stock' because I make them on demand. Therefore- I want to list each item with its picture, description, and then the 10 colors and 4 sizes in drop down boxes. When I add each product, set the image, description, etc., then I have to manually add the colors and sizes for each. Even when you copy one that has those options set for it already, it does not create the attributes for it. Is there either any way to do this? Is it a contribution I'd need to get? Am I stuck making these options for each item? I really have to believe its not this painstaking. Help! -Chris

jasonabc
Install the excellent Attribute Sets Plus: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,3610 You can create a 'color' set (for example)and then just assign that set to as many products as you like. Makes very short work of assigning attributes to products.
