warning for registration

first of all execuse me for my language.

 

my shop work very good exept 2 things..

 

1. in anew registration after fill all fields this message appear :

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at catalog/includes/languages/arabic/create_account.php:34)

catalog/includes/functions/general.php on line 33)

 

but the greeting mesage which go to e_mail is gone and ok. and he can login .

 

2. how can I set the time and date in index page?( like under this page)

check the file create_account.php located in catalog/includes/languages/arabic/.

 

There should NOT be any white space at the beginning of the page, before <?php...
