IPN problems

Recommended Posts

Hi all, trying to get my head round IPN and get my site up and running to receive credit cards via paypal.

I have followed the IPN installation and am using version 2.2

I have then followed the guide by Alexstudio to test using a file to download.

My site goes over to paypal and if I pay using paypal the test buyer then comes back to the site ok and gets the download link etc. At first all seems ok.

When the user then views his order information it displays the following

02/24/2007 Preparing [PayPal IPN]

02/24/2007 Processing PayPal IPN Verified [Pending (Verified; £1.00); multi_currency]

When checking the sandbox the buyers activity shows a transfer from credit card as "completed" but the payment to my test seller as "unclaimed".

When checking the sellers account nothing has taken place ie no history of any transactions.

I have checked the correct email address is set up in admin and the rest of the settings are as follows at bottom of page

.

I suspect that it will be something simple but have tried for days to locate the problem. Any help appreciated.

Dave
