If you're using the flat-fee shipping module, you can just edit the pricing on it in the admin console under modules -> shipping, just select that module and edit, and change the price... If it's one of the ones that queries a 3rd party like fedex, or ups or something, you don't have a lot of control over those prices, but could alter their quotes that are returned by editting the shipping module file itself...

Another question how do i give the buyer a option so they could go for free delivery or pay extra for a faster service

 

also i ve just found the code to add a review do but how can i add tell a friend button ?
