User account information being shared

Hi,

 

I've built my site and in the final stages of testing the cart but I have a problem with the user accounts getting muddled. It seems anyone who is online is logged in as the same user, and the last person who logged in, their address and details will appear in the 'My Account' information for everyone to see. I'm guessing this is something to do with the session id or IP address.

 

Please can someone help me with this problem.

I have had that problem appear also, but sometimes things worked okay, so I did some investigation. I found that if I was logged into my hosting company and working on my store that this problem would appear, but when I was only testing my site outside of my hosting company everything worked as it should.

 

Can you try that and see if it is a similar issue?
