Guest Posted October 13, 2002 Posted October 13, 2002 How about a way to add lets say an extra 45 cents to order for users that only use a payment gateway that costs the store owner 0.45 per transaction fee?
Ian Posted October 13, 2002 Posted October 13, 2002 I've done a couple of mods for this 1 can add a fixed charge for a payment type, the other adds a percentage depending on payment type. There in the classes section of contributions Trust me, I'm an Accountant.

Ive read the install instructions, configured the settings and on check out the page would take very long to load (almost 3 mins) even with the cache enabled. I took it off and it was running smoothly again. Ima look into this further.
Ian Posted October 13, 2002 Posted October 13, 2002 Which one did you download. Did you download the most recent version. An older version had a bug which would cause an infinite loop but most recent version fixed that. Trust me, I'm an Accountant.

Wait i think ive found it ....... Ok after testing this on 3 browsers and testing the setting one by one i see that when using the USPS it stall so much. This is the usps sever to get the quotes. http://production.shippingapis.com/shippingapi.dll Maybe their server is down.

Guest Posted October 14, 2002 Posted October 14, 2002 Well now i dont think its the USPS module cus i enabled it again after talk to a United States Postal Service customer service on the phone. He said its working for him. Will further up on this.
