In testing my new site, the purchased product is avalible for download before payment is recieved using; Check/Money Order (module) payments. Also is there anyway to test the paypal service? Help! Thx in Advance, Leonardo You and me both... 1-I have set the default ORDER_STATUS to PENDING 2-I place the order, pay via check/money order 3-I receive confirmation via email 4-Download link is VISIBLE and I'm allowed to download the test_file RIGHT AWAY I have tried setting the ORDER_STATUS to PENDING, PROCESSING & DELIVERED and it makes no difference to where I set the the default ORDER_STATUS to, the download link is always visible to the customer right away, even though the payment has not been received and I have not changed the ORDER_STATUS to DELIVERED. THANKS to everyone posting here, all the information is very helpful, but I can't find anywhere any explanation on what effect on order processing does PENDING, PROCESSING and DELIVERED have on the download_link being visible or not???? Qbert Posted May 11, 2008 Share Posted May 11, 2008 4-Download link is VISIBLE and I'm allowed to download the test_file RIGHT AWAY I do not see the "visible" link that allows me to allow the customer to download. I get all the way to step 4 and I get stuck..Please help. I want the customer to be able to download the MP3 file after he or she has paid. I'm selling digital product but i have to sent the download link manually every time my customer purchased. I'm going to lost ton of costumers soon if i'm still cant figure out.
