Riders Den Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 Hi, When I go to tools it says at the top, Error: Back up directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php. Is this a problem? How do I do it? Sorry if this is something simple and not very challenging for most of you but I really could use some help. Best regards Pat.

Pat, using a FTP client program, just add the folder "backup" inside your store's directory where the admin, images, includes, etc. are located. Make sure this folder has the correct write permissions associated with it or it will not work and you will continue to get errors.
