To login to your administration section, you use http://mydomain/catalog/admin (of course where "mydomain" is your actual domain name) From there you can go into the Catalog option, go into the Product Attributes tab and delete all the "fake" store items. Before you do that, you may want to take a look at their structure so you can see how to set up your own. Have you already loaded your products? To access your store, you go into http://mydomain/catalog and that would also be the URL link for your customers.
