The biggest issue I have is that customers can not come into their account as the password at the login page is no more reconized. I tried to come in also with the MASTERPASSWORD contribution and my master password is not reconized ether. The database was also migrate to a new mysql server. Any idea ? thank you for your support, best regards,

Guest
It seems that can come from the ULITMATE SEO contribution ? Is that possible ? I tried to reset it but no improvement. Best regards Not sure if it will affect it, but is the character coding the same on your new DB server, e.g. ASCII or something. Worth double checking the settings making sure they're identical as it sounds like the database isn't recognising any of the passwords even though they've not changed. Therefore it must be a way the passwords are being handled?
