how to add text below category title

On specific category page that shows, category title in center, then below are images, I want to add a blurb about the specific category just under the title.

where can I do/add? Stlyesheets? english.php?

You can do that with either the Categories Description or Header Tags Controller contributions. The latter also helps with getting better index position with the search engine so it is the better choice.
