Click for Price install problem

I recently installed the Click for Price v 1.4 contribution and it appears to be working until you actually click the "click for price" link. Then, the followowing error appears:

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_db_connect() (previously declared in C:\Accounts\rmcperfo\wwwRoot\products\includes\functions\database.php:13) in C:\Accounts\rmcperfo\wwwRoot\products\includes\functions\database.php on line 13

 

Here is that portion of database.php:

 

 

function tep_db_connect($server = DB_SERVER, $username = DB_SERVER_USERNAME, $password = DB_SERVER_PASSWORD, $database = DB_DATABASE, $link = 'db_link') {

global $$link;

 

if (USE_PCONNECT == 'true') {

$$link = mysql_pconnect($server, $username, $password);

} else {

$$link = mysql_connect($server, $username, $password);

}

 

 

 

 

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The only thing I added to the language/english directory was the click_for_price.php file as instructed in the install.txt. I'm not sure where to go from here.
