TAX IS DISPLAYED WITH PRODUCT BUT WHEN COMPLETING CHECKOUT DOES NOT ADD IT

I am NEW!! to all this and really need some assistance

I purchased a Website Uploaded etc, all I had to do is Administer it from the Backend with my own products etc, recently I changed Templates to which I purchased from the same person being a CRE Loaded Template , however since doing this I have a few probs and am not sure is it the template or OS or what it could be

 

Basically, when you view my products it is all displayed correctly with the GST (Tax)Component Already Included in the Display Price

However When I go to Checkout, it yes displays it correctly, but when it comes to the Payment Options Screen and I select the method of payment, the total then changes displaying it Not Inclusive of GST and hence No GST gets charged

 

PLEASE HELP!!! I am new to this game and am feeling lost
