Where in the folders is the file where I can alter the email's text that follows to new clients?

includes/languages/english(or whatever language you want to change this for)/create_account.php... Make sure that if you use any apostrophes in your email text, that you escape them first (prefix them with a \, like this: This apostrophe\'s now escaped)...
