Jack_mcs
I've never tried installing locally that way but it probably won't work since it requires a server setup to work. The better way is to install a package like EasyPHP or XAmpp. Jack Support Links: For Hire: Contact me for anything you need help with for your shop: upgrading, hosting, repairs, code written, etc. All of My Addons Get the latest versions of my addons Recommended SEO Addons
jasonabc
You don't need to go go the /install/ route. If you've extracted the files to the htdocs directory you're almost done. Open your configure.php files and insert the relevant paths and database information and then surf to the store at: http://localhost/catalog/ Jason My Contributions: Paypal Payflow PRO | Rollover Category Images | Authorize.net Invoice Number Fix
