Issue with Product Extra Fields v2

I've replaced all neccesary files and did the SQL query neccesary to run Product Extra Fields but after all is said and donde all I get is:

 

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_REQUIRE in /home/voces/public_html/dist/admin/product_extra_fields.php on line 1

 

Anyone can help me with this?
