Problem - Admin area only refreshes index page

As of yesterday, all was working perfectly.

Today the client contacts me & says that they can log into the admin area, but when they click on a section to access it, the main blue screen refreshes.

 

I've tried in several browsers & the same thing happens for me, so I know it's not just "a client issue".

 

So far I've tried:

 

Disable / Enable login (enabled by default)

Restart MySQL

Restart the Server

 

And, no major changes on the server have taken place.

 

Any help as soon as possible would be appreciated, I've got an anxious client on my hands!

I've checked with the host, and nothing is changed on the server that they can find. So, what could be causing this problem?
