Guest Posted February 21, 2007 Posted February 21, 2007 Some new customers don't see the area to enter CC info when checking out. Some do. The only processor is through Authorize.net - they see the text but not the areas Name, to input the CC number and the Card exipiration date. We have tried to find a common thread between those users that can and those that can't. No luck. Thought it was a browser problem??? BUT - when given the use of an ID that is working the folks that have problems seeing the CC area can now see that area on the page and check-out. Data base problem ??? Can find no common problem, location or info error in the accounts they set-up. Absolutely lost as to why this is happening. - Cart worked before 2006 ended - has not worked right in 2007 ... blamed betas - browsers - OSs - but can not find any common ground - They are using different products in most all areas - MACs - PCs - Tiger - Windows 2K - XP - Vista - IE 6 - IE 7 - FireFox - Safari - Firewalls - Anti-Viruses - Anti-Spyware Cart works for some new customers - not for other new customers - works for all customers signed up in 2006 and before - Total customers 138 - total products 847 - mostly books and tapes Thanks for any help and feedback Ray Cart is on www.acvastore.com
