New customers can't checkout

Some new customers don't see the area to enter CC info when checking out. Some do. The only processor is through Authorize.net - they see the text but not the areas Name, to input the CC number and the Card exipiration date. We have tried to find a common thread between those users that can and those that can't. No luck.

 

Thought it was a browser problem??? BUT - when given the use of an ID that is working the folks that have problems seeing the CC area can now see that area on the page and check-out.

 

Data base problem ??? Can find no common problem, location or info error in the accounts they set-up.

 

Absolutely lost as to why this is happening. - Cart worked before 2006 ended - has not worked right in 2007 ... blamed betas - browsers - OSs - but can not find any common ground -

 

They are using different products in most all areas - MACs - PCs - Tiger - Windows 2K - XP - Vista - IE 6 - IE 7 - FireFox - Safari - Firewalls - Anti-Viruses - Anti-Spyware

 

Cart works for some new customers - not for other new customers - works for all customers signed up in 2006 and before -

 

Total customers 138 - total products 847 - mostly books and tapes
