USPS shipping problem

I've spent hours looking everywhere in the forums.. I've spent more hours checking and rechecking my config and nothing seems out of place..

 

When I try to test purchase, I get to shipping (USPS) and this error occurs

 

-2147219080 missing value for country

 

Zone rates

No shipping available for selected country

 

 

WHERE WHERE WHERE... this is the third osCommerce store I've set up and the only one that came up with this problem.... it's not officially live yet because we're still waiting for the ssl to finish set up. All I want now is the shipping to work!!!!

It sounds like your countries table is not right or not setup properly.Also, USPS doesn't work in test mode.

It sounds like your countries table is not right or not setup properly.Also, USPS doesn't work in test mode.

USPS is on the production server and I have looked and looked at the countries table and can't find the issue.

In config.. My Store..... the country is United States and the zone is Texas;

In config...Shippin/Packaging... the country of origin is United States and the postal code is correct

 

In modules... Shipping... the only option activated is USPS and the ID number is correct, set on production server and the shipping zone selected is 'none' (my only other option is Texas and I don't want just that to be used for this form of shipping)

 

In Locations/Taxes ... the countries and zones tables are unchanged. They appear as they should be.

 

The addresses for the customer accounts all appear complete. State, country and zip code are as they should be.

 

What am I missing?

 

Today another test purchase still shows the error " 2147219080 - Missing value for country "

I would look at the database. Try running a repair on it to see if that clears it up.

Ahhh..I figured that out... "repair complete"

 

Still I get the same error in the shipping part of the checkout process. :'(
