javascript question

I want to run the pphlogger and I need some code at the bottom of the site.

I tried it with footer.php and english.php but in both cases the script doesn?t run.

 

Can anybody explain to me what I have done wrong??

before I treid to put it into the footer.php but it doesn?t work.

 

In the moment its there inside english.php and german.php but it doesnt work.
