Foreign currency - help needed

Hi. I have problem with currency setting. It keeps rounding off the foreign currencies. Does anyone know how to turn off the features? My default currency is in USD

 

I want the price to be

 

$0.80 USD = $1.28 SGD

 

but becomes :

 

$0.80 USD = $1.00SGD ( I loss 30 cents for each foreign sell ) :blink:
