Guest Posted February 20, 2007 Posted February 20, 2007 There have a number of posts regarding store owners not receiving email notification of orders. The usual answer of adding an email address in "Send extra order emails to" don't really address the problem we're having. We have 3 email addresses in that box, yet occasionally we don't receive notice that an order has been placed. It doesn't happen all the time, maybe once a week or so. It's just often enough to make us wonder what's going on. And we usually only find out about it when a customer emails us to ask where their order is :) We don't use a gateway for payment so no interference from PayPal or anything like that. Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
