oscommerce only allowing 10 orders

I have oscommerce setup with paypal.

when i look in admin under orders i have exactly 10 orders.

when i look at paypal i have 3 other orders that dont show up in oscommerce->admin->customers->orders.

is there anything with oscommerce where it will set a max order amount? say to 10 orders?

or is this a bug known?

or is it something with paypal? i am not sure,

it is interesting though the tenth order is feb 14th and it shows up on both paypal and oscommerce, however there are 3 other orders

that are after the 14th like the 17th 18th and 19th, and they dont show up in oscommerce.

so i am just curious if someone has some input?
