Session variable not carrying over created when checking out

HELP:

 

When I click checkout, the system takes me back to the chopping cart screen.

 

The shopping cart is at an http://www.store.com address and the checkout is at https://secure.store.com address.

 

It appears the "cart" object is not being created. I insterted some debug code in checkout_payment.php and it thinks the cart is empty.

 

I am using php 4.2.3.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

same issue here under PHP 4.2.2

 

I'll have to confirm is it's that browser issue, but I'm on IE 6.0 service pack 1, all updated and secured.

 

Does anyone have a fix for this?
