If you just want to get one on the web, google around for it and see if anything comes up, maybe try a search string like: oscommerce business card... If you'd like to create one, that's going to boil down to your own knowledge of both oscommerce and business card creators :) Richard. Anyone??? /Ulrika Do you have a web-based business card creator already, and you're wondering how to integrate it into osc? Or are you looking to create one from scratch within osc? From what I've seen of online business card creators, they're generally flash based, so you'd have to create a flash app for that, that could then post the finished product as an image to a form, probably along with some general info about it, like what font is used for the heading, subheading, what colors are used, imagery on the card, card stock, etc... Probably it's easier to create one from scratch within osc. I have to try to create a flash app (how?). How do i put that into the osc system?? Sorry for all the stupid questions. Guest
Provide a form with the various customer fields. You could use a simple like the login.php which has just 2 fields. Modified it so it will accept say just phone & name (instead of email/password). Then check the php.net, the image functions http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.image.php You will need them to mix the various form elements (like overlay the name at the top of the image) with images or to create images dynamically and mix them afterwards for the final output. There are many examples there that could help.

I want the client to go in to the catalogue and there see the meny of different products. If they chose "Business cards" I want them to se the editor were they can change information if they want. After that I would like to be able to show a pre-view of the business card (pdf?) and finally a possibility to make an order of the business cards (in the way you make en order of the rest of the products). Regards Ulrika ;)
Guest
whether you use text or images for the input, the final output will be an image. You will need to upload some font files to your server for this. And then use some of the ttf functions for example to change the font weight, font color, angles, orientation for the input text and generate the text image. Finally you will overlay this generated gif or png to the card background image (which you could also generate). And you could use some of the ready scripts from the contributions for color selection for example. if you see the various headers for my store are generated using such functions. Yours will be more complicated because you will use images for the background as well and make combinations.

I'm very happy with it so far and sales have skyrocketed. I still have alot to add but you can see it here: http://www.lakeland-printing.com/make-your...rds-p-1054.html
