damianbunn Posted February 19, 2007 Share Posted February 19, 2007 I am using the Royal mail standard parcel shipping mode [ 1:3.85,1.5:4.95,2:5.31,4:7.7,6:8.74,8:9.97,10:10.7,20:12.46,] and am getting a shipping cost of £ 4.60 for two products that should total 7Kg which should cost £ 8.74. I have no idea where or how this calculation is being made. I do not use any other modules. The weights are added as attibutes as there are several weights per product, but I am not sure if these are being used at all.
