workm2 Posted February 19, 2007 Share Posted February 19, 2007 I have an new site, I got on e-bay works great(osCommerce) till a week ago,,when I try to login to the admin, it won't let me in,hosting changed the servers and reloaded the site ,,,,It seems ,that is when all the problems started,or an couple days later,,I can't seem to find away to login or locate the login or password info to make sure it is the same as it was before.What can I do to regain the power to access to the admin side, or reset passord and or login and password ,,the site is still running fine form the client side,,I do have access to the cpanel ,HELP! If you have support with your server company, send them information that you have here and they will reset your site. I had the same problem when my server company changed servers too. This the admin of csCommerce,,,not the website server,,,or the Cpanel,,,I have very limited support.thank for reply,,,any other Ideas,,,the password and user ID for the admin side of the osCommmerce. [email protected] admin...If that doesn't work then then reload the admin segment to your production database with the stock osCommerce admin segment... Remeber to backup before you do this.
