PC Configurator Option

I am wanting to set up a "Build your Own" PC Configurator within my online store. WHat I want is for all products from a set category to display in a drop down list with a total price at the bottom.

 

E.g.

All Motherboards displayed under a motherboard heading

all memory displayed under a memory heading

and so on. I want this all on one page where a customer would go to build up their own computer and then order it.

 

Can this be done and if so how???
