Admin not working as it should.

I am trying to delete some products and edit some products from my website through the admin. When I select a product I get the window on the right side of the screen that says Edit Delete Move but when I press on Edit or Delete, I get kicked back to the first Catalog Products page. I am unable to make ANY changes.

 

Does anyone know where to start looking at the problem and how to fix it? I am at a loss.

I need to get rid of alot on my site and change many things but cannot access it. I chan change the active or not active ok, but if I try to edit or delete it does not work.

 

And my server company insists that this is an OSC problem and to check here with the forum.

Hey Kelvin, Can you activate any shipping or payment modules? If not, this is an osCommerce 060817 bug. You will need to make changes to one line in each of the compatibility.php files (two files).

The problem is from a bug in the modules portion of the latest version of osCommerce 060817. I posted a fix for STS users but it applies to all 060817 oscommerce users as well. You can find it here:

If you can update any of the modules in admin such as shipping and payment modules, YOU DO NOT NEED THIS PATCH.
