Need help adding sizes for items

I need some help with adding sizes for lets say clothing or sizes for shoes.

I see you can click on the item and then you can add lets say size M. Then you will have a drop down box with that M size item. Is there a way to add sizes M, L, XL or shoe sizes 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 etc without adding each size type individually?

So instead of clicking on one shirt and adding 5 times size M, then L, then XL etc.. is there a way to add all the sizing at once per item or even for a whole catagory such as shirts, hoodies. If anyone has tips let me know.
