how would i be able to change the email that the inquiry by customers is sent to? One of our reps got fired and we have to replace her email for the inquiries. thanks

It is by default sent to store owner's email address as set up in configuration - my store, unless your shops setup change that. A quick fix would be reset the pw for that fired staff via. say, control panel, and then re-assign it to someone else.
