OK, I attempted to think after searching all day on here maybe it was the CAD thing.

 

Now after changing CDN to CAD, I have 0.00 for products.......

 

As in Bug Report:

Fix the bug:

Go to Administration > Payments and on every payment installed method changes on the PAYMENT ZONE the indicated zone with NONE and it's all ok. Now the check for the choice method payment is visible.

There's no downloads, just straight OSCOmmerce I've only changed the banner. No other files have been messed with.
