koretek
Hi again  , I have a new problem... I'm creating a website where the product will be personalized with a persons name, age, etc. In the admin, under Catalog, Product Attributes you are able to enter values/strings for products options that will then be displayed as drop down menus in the products page. what i need is an input box for the user to be able to enter in a value/string such as their name, etc. does anyone know how i would accomplish this?? i've seen it done on other sites before, but have no idea how to implement it on mine. any help is much appreciated, cheers :)

koretek
http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,160 thanks to jasonabc for clarifying... i had accidentally uploaded a blank configuration.php file, which screwed up the access to the database causing that problem.
