Tricky errors after install.

I just installed osCommerce 2.2 in my local computer with the defaults names he gaved me. After a successful install i go to the administration page and...BOOM.

 

I have erros above and below and the administration panel in the middle!

Pretty cool but not very usefull.

 

Here are the errors i have:

By the way... Where must i put exactly the tmp folder? just in the catalog or somewhere els? becaus i think thats the probleme here.
