Advanced create_account.php

Hi, i would like to add some more options to my create_account.php

 

Is there an easy way to do this?

 

For example:

 

I need options to add a language (radiobuttons: NL ENG FR DE)

 

And i would like the province be changed when a country is selected (ajax?!?)

 

The last thing is a customer_group field.. (dropdown) with the differenet categories (from SPPC).

 

 

 

I was able to make the extra fields, but i have to make it so that the date ends in my db too...

Can all this be done in just the create_account.php or do i have to change other files too?
