Not recieving emails from contact us form?

I have found that on my contact us form, the customer details section for their, name/email/subject etc, when i insert MY email address's into the box for customer email, the email then arrives to my address, the from and to addresses are fine. So it would seem some how the send action has no link to the from email address, it only works when MY email address is inserted into the box marked email.

I am new to PHP so not sure where to start and what needs changing, would appreciate any advise or information. :unsure:
