I am having a problem (though i can not get it to happen for me)

usa customers can not sign up for an account in fact the only ones that can are based in ireland. Would some of you sign up to test this for me.

www.shopireland.net

they can fill out the form but they cannot move on to the congratulation page.

I give my word that anyone who helps me and place osc in the address somewhere i will delete their account so they are not recieving newsletter and mail they don't want. At this stage i just need to fix the problem.

Thank you all

It's not difficult to get an US IP address. I just logged into your site again with a US IP, and stated I'm from the US. In fact I'm on the US proxy right now - will the FBI come and get me ;)

Who knows otherwise? No-one.

The only error is that on the sign up page, the birthdate field is the wrong way around, which means that when they press continue, they are presented with the error screen asking to re-input the Birthdate in the correct format. I would wager that this is the root of your problem - and that they are not realising that the screen is actually an error screen...

Give it a go yourself...pay particular attention to the Birth Date field

i did think of thank after i set the date format to european style but one customer said it that he had to retype his date of birth but he still could not go on. I think i will remove date of birth just in case you are right.

Any i thankyou for your time.

Could this be a browser issue. If anyone can not sign up can they let me know what browser their are using. I would love if someone with aol would try it as know some of the customers use it.

i have now removed the DOB as our format is different than the usa format just in case it is causing the problem or that the popup error window is not appearing in some browsers.

Thanks guys
